Chandler consists of 64.90 square miles and is a suburb of Phoenix, AZ. Chandler residents enjoy access to multiple freeways that make it easy to drive to anywhere in the valley. As of July 1, 2022, its population was almost 283,000 residents with 111,092 housing units. The average household income is $99,000 (2018). The highly educated population includes 94% having high school diplomas, 77% with some college and 47% having bachelor degrees. It is no wonder that Chandler attracts employers such as Intel, Microchip, Paypal, Wells Fargo and more.

There is plenty to do inside the City of Chandler from hiking/biking trails, golfing at the 4.5 star Ocotillo Golf Club, enjoying one of 65 parks including a bike park, skate park and four dog parks and the Snedigar Sports Complex. Shoppers will enjoy multiple shopping areas including the Chandler Fashion Mall. Foodies will not be disappointed with the immense number of options throughout the city from national chains to local establishments. The Chandler Center for the Arts attracts well known stars for concerts plus shows and ballets such as the Nutcracker. 

Chandler has two public school districts for elementary and middle schools which include the Chandler Unified and Kyrene School Districts. Chandler Unified School District offers students several options for High School Enrollment, while children in West Chandler will most likely attend Tempe’s Corona del Sol High School which are all excellent schools.  Its schools are highly rated and well-funded for extracurricular activities. Additionally, parents may also select from a number of highly rated charter schools. The Pecos Campus of the Chandler-Gilbert Community College is located in Chandler and Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus is located close by.

Chandler real estate is as diverse as its residents.
